BO Digital WorkersAgentic Customer Care
01 · Why

Agentic Customer Care — answers your customers, takes their issues and ideas, and tells them when the fix ships.

Customers tell you what is wrong. Almost none of them hear back.

Questions go to a chat, bugs to a form, ideas to a board nobody reads, and ratings to a spreadsheet. Each tool keeps its piece. The developer who could fix it never sees it clearly, and the customer who asked never learns it was fixed.

This is one agent that runs the whole loop. It answers from your own docs, takes the issue or the idea with everything a developer needs attached, sorts it, puts it in front of the right person, turns it into a GitHub issue on a yes — and tells every customer who asked when it ships.

Capture→Sort→Route→Fix→Tell the customer

The demo is a pretend app with the agent installed, and your team's side behind it. Nothing is sent anywhere.

What

One widget in your app with four doors, and an agent behind it that keeps working after the customer closes it.

Ask anything

One box. "How do I…" gets the steps and a Show me that points at the right button on the page. "What is…" gets a straight answer from your own knowledge. "It's not working" gets the known fixes, then a ticket. It never makes an answer up.

Report an issue

What happened, how to repeat it, and a screenshot of the page the customer can mark up — passwords and card numbers hidden first. Page and browser are attached on their own.

Request a feature

What they want and why. Similar requests appear first, so they upvote instead of adding a duplicate — you see one request with forty votes, not forty requests.

Leave a review

The standard 0 to 10 "would you recommend us", and a follow-up that fits the score. You decide which scores go where: unhappy ones straight to your team as something to fix, happy ones to Google, Trustpilot or any review page you choose.

It learns your product

On install it reads your app, your docs and your past tickets and drafts its own knowledge base — how-tos included, no product tours to build. After that, every unanswered question and every reply your team writes becomes a draft. A person approves once; repeat questions fall.

It tells them it shipped

When the GitHub issue closes or the release goes out, everyone who reported or voted for it sees "Shipped" the next time they open the widget.

How

Rules first, a model only where rules fall short, and a person on every step that leaves your app.

Fix

On your yes, a clean GitHub issue: what, how many, the customers' words with personal details removed, page and browser. Optionally, a draft fix for a person to review.

Tell the customer

Closed issue, merged fix or release: everyone who asked is told. A closed ticket asks one satisfaction question.

What it connects to

Your docs, your app's code and your past tickets, to learn from. GitHub for bugs and ideas. Your support desk stays the one record of every ticket — SupportPal first, then Zendesk, Freshdesk, WHMCS — and the agent sits in front of it, so fewer tickets reach it and the ones that do arrive complete. Technical tickets flow on from there to L123, which fixes them itself. No support desk? It brings a light inbox and board of its own.

How it is tested

Before anything reaches a client, it runs end to end on 100 made-up businesses — shops, schools, clinics, hosting companies and more, on four different support desks — and their made-up customers: setting up, answering, review routing, tickets and replies, requests shipped, learning, and the dashboard numbers checked against a count kept apart from the agent. No client's words show up in another's.

What it will never do

Answer from outside your sources, or promise a date or a fix. Share one customer's words with another. Send personal details to GitHub. Create an issue or reply in your systems without a person's yes. Merge code. Publish to your docs directly. Read the data on your customers' screens — it learns the layout, never the contents. Change its own behaviour without telling you — every improvement it learns is shown with the evidence, switched on with a yes, and undone in one click.

Market

Help widgets, feedback boards and in-app support are an established category; several tools already combine help, feedback and changelog in one widget. Few carry the loop through to the code and back to the customer.

Established, crowdedResearched

Competition

Featurebase is the closest — help, feedback, changelog and an AI agent in one messenger. Intercom, Userback, Canny and Chatwoot cover pieces. Open-source widgets file issues to GitHub but do not answer, sort or close the loop.

Risks

Answer quality depends on the client's docs — so it says when it does not know, and turns each gap into a draft. Selling against an established tool needs the loop to show in numbers.

The widget in Buzinessware's client area

A page-aware Ask box, three tiles, screenshots, My items — signed-in customers known by name. Built and checked on a test page and a pretend client area; the real client area needs Buzinessware to add the line, and Sajid's go.

Your team's side

Sign up, the free trial, the Launchpad — connect, read your help pages, approve the starter answers, go live — then the Dashboard, with Settings behind the gear. Built and checked with pretend data; plans and payment come through APanel.

A person approves the answers and goes liveBuilt

It learns the product

Reads the site, docs, app code and the screens customers use (their layout, never what is on them); answers "how do I…" with steps and points at the right button; a person approves everything it learns. Built with pretend data; past SupportPal tickets come with the SupportPal connection.

The board and GitHub

Reports sorted on your team's board, duplicates merged, tickets answered back into the widget, and Approve → GitHub turning a report into one issue with personal details removed. Built with a practice GitHub; the real one waits for the go.

A report becomes one clean GitHub issueBuilt

SupportPal

When the widget cannot help, a SupportPal ticket opens with everything attached; your team answers in SupportPal and the answer comes back to the customer's widget. Built with a practice SupportPal; the real one waits for the go.

A ticket and its reply make the round tripBuilt

The loop

"Shipped" told to everyone who asked once the fix is in, unanswered questions turned into answers your team approves, satisfaction and review scores, and the agent proposing improvements for your yes. Built with a practice GitHub and SupportPal.

A report becomes a fix the customer hears aboutBuilt

More connectors

Zendesk, Freshdesk, WHMCS and Jira built with practice versions; white-label built. Each real test call, the server for real clients and draft fixes wait for the go.

Each passes a real testWaiting

A test run on a real server

With made-up data only: the agent on its own server, with a proper database, so customers acting at the same moment never overwrite each other. Built and checked here; it starts once that server is set up.

Numbers that mean something

Each client sees how its customers are helped — questions solved, tickets, requests shipped, scores and reviews, what the agent learned — against its own last week and month, each number opening to what is behind it. The provider sees every client side by side; a reseller only its own.

Every number matches a hand countBuilt

The simulation

100 made-up client apps and their customers through the whole journey, the numbers checked. It found two faults, both fixed, and two questions to decide.

Every motion passes on 100 clientsBuilt

The simulation, round two

The rest of the motions, on the same 100 clients with weeks passing: learning the app from its code and screens, Show me, screenshots reaching the ticket with private parts blacked out, technical tickets passed on for L123, Jira, review settings changed later, reviews confirmed, a learned rule that measurably sorts better, and time to go live.

Every motion passes on 100 clientsBuilt

Any ticket system, and only clear answers

A client connects the ticket system it already has — SupportPal, Zendesk, Freshdesk or WHMCS — or none, and tickets go to the built-in inbox. The agent answers only on a clear match; a question it only half recognises gets "I couldn't find that" and the team, and becomes a gap to fill.

No wrong near-miss answer, no right answer lostBuilt

One name: Agentic Customer Care

The agent is called Agentic Customer Care, one of BO Digital Workers, at care.betteroutcomes.ai — the same name on this page, the demo, your team's side and the widget your customers see.

No old name anywhere a customer looksBuilt

Open decisions

Decided: it goes first into Buzinessware's client area, where customers are already signed in, and each app's GitHub repository is asked for during setup; a client uses whichever ticket system it already has, or the built-in inbox; and the agent only answers on a clear match. Still open: draft fixes on or off, "shipped" emails on or off, and the price.
